This policy explains what information WahaSystems collects through this website (wahasystems.com), why, and what we do with it. It covers this website only; each WahaSystems product has its own terms for the data you keep in it.

What we collect

When you book a demo, start a trial, ask for help or contact us through a form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, company, work email, mobile or WhatsApp number, country, number of branches, the products you are interested in, your type of business and any message you write. We also note which plan or page the request came from.

If you only browse the site, we do not ask for or store any personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request: to contact you about the demo, trial, support question or partnership you asked about, in Arabic or English. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles it

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we are talking with you about it, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up. If you become a customer, it becomes part of your account records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Use the contact form and we will act on it promptly.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date above.
